Grab a button-up shirt that fits the way you like. Button it, lay it flat and compare its measurements with the finished-shirt measurements below.

1. Shoulder
 Straight across the back, shoulder seam to shoulder seam. 

2. Sleeve
 Shoulder seam to sleeve opening.

3. Chest
 Measured flat, pit to pit 

4. Length
 Just below the collar to the bottom hem.

Keep the shirt relaxed. Do not stretch the fabric while measuring.

Measurements are taken from the finished shirt, not the body. If you’re between sizes, choose the larger size for a more relaxed fit.

Your shirt is individually cut and sewn to order, slight measurement variations may occur.

100% Cotton: A Word About Shrinkage
A little shrinkage is normal. To preserve the fit and artwork, machine wash cold, reshape while damp and line dry.

Got a little extra room? A short tumble on low heat may snug it up. Check it often because cotton does not shrink to order, and heat-related shrinkage may be permanent. Although a damp shirt can sometimes be gently eased back into shape, results will vary.

FABRIC

This is 100% cotton, woven lightweight for warm-weather comfort. The slub yarn creates small, natural variations in the fabric, giving it a little texture and character instead of a perfectly flat, factory-smooth finish.

Bottom line: it is breathable, comfortable and has enough structure to hang like a good shirt without feeling heavy.

Care

Machine wash cold with similar colors to help preserve the artwork and prevent fading. Reshape while damp and line dry for the longest color life, or tumble dry on low heat for everyday ease. Do not bleach.

Wrinkles happen. Iron inside out using low to medium heat, increasing the temperature only as needed. Avoid leaving the iron in one spot for too long.

Every All Ranks shirt is printed, cut and sewn after you order it. By making shirts one at a time instead of filling a warehouse with inventory, we can carry more aircraft, honor more units and keep more aviation stories in circulation, including the ones that may never become mass-market bestsellers.

The tradeoff is time. Please allow 7–14 days for production before shipping. Standard shipping time is additional and begins once your shirt leaves the facility.

Need it for a special occasion? Give yourself plenty of time. These are not last-minute shirts. They are stories worth waiting for.

Your shirt is made after you order it, so please allow 7–14 days for production before shipping. Standard shipping time is additional. We will send tracking information as soon as your shirt is on the way.

Delivery dates are estimates, and carrier delays can happen. If you need your shirt for a special occasion, give it plenty of runway.

Need a different size? We offer one size exchange within 30 days of delivery. The shirt must be unworn, unwashed and returned in its original condition. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Since every shirt is made to order, we do not accept general returns for a change of mind. Shirts that have been washed, dried, worn or altered cannot be exchanged.

Did we miss something? Inspect your shirt before washing it. If it arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the shirt, packaging and shipping label. Transit damage should be reported within 72 hours. If the problem is ours, we will make it right.

Small differences in color and artwork placement are normal with individually printed, cut and sewn shirts and are not considered defects.

Please review your size and shipping address carefully before ordering. Changes and cancellations are not guaranteed once production begins.
